first find the ratio r1= PQR/BRC= 1/25 (since PQR and BRC are similar)
now find r2= ABC/BRC. note that they both have same bases. so the ratio of their areas equals ratio of their heights, which can be easily found out by first finding the ratio of height of APQ to BPC (and noting that sum of these two heights equals height of ABC). then we further see that height of BPC also equals sum of heights of PQR and BRC (the ratio of whose heights also is 1/5)
now divide both eqns r1/r2 to get the final answer.
